Product Description
RFID Inlay sheet for card , also named rfid card prelam, contactless card inlay, it is the core part of RFID card.
Prelaminated inlays are suitable for use in the production of ISO standard cards. Newbega uses a proprietary manufacturing process to produce its prelaminated inlays. Only coil winding technology is used for this type of inlays. Our inlays are very robust and boast unequaled torsion / bending characteristics, extreme durability and optimized read / write performance. The inlays have a completely flat finish and bring numerous benefits to card manufacturers. Our prelaminated inlay is essentially a semi-finished product, so that the card manufacturer merely needs to collate his printed sheets with the inlay and laminate the “sandwich”.
We produce this plastic card inlay with three technologies:
1. Ultrasonic technology, features best working performance
2. Pre-winding technology, features low cost.
3. Flip-chip technology, features flat surface, and very thinner thickness

3. Can I order if quantity less than MOQ?
Yes and it would be taken as sample order to production. We take more serious on sample order.

If samples we have in stock would be provided for testing, but shipment should at your side.
If samples are needed to customize with your logo and designs, please send us designs and advise chip, quantity, and any other details required. Thank you.
5. Can I order with my logo printing, size and shape?
Yes, of course it can. We do OEM. And the original artwork prefer in Abode Illustrator, PDF, CDR9 or CDRX4. In PSD is ok, DPI should over 300.
